WAPELLO - Brian Keith Delzell, 34, died Thursday evening, Dec. 19, 1996, of injuries suffered in a motor vehicle accident on Highway 61, south of Muscatine.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, at the Dudgeon-McCulley Funeral Home, Wapello, with the Rev. Reinhold F. Dierks officiating. Burial will be at the Wapello Cemetery.

The family will meet friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Sunday, at the funeral home. A memorial fund has been established for his children's benefit.

Mr. Delzell was born Oct. 17, 1962, at Charleston, S.C., a son of Jerry L. and Virginia "Ginger" Strom Delzell.

He was a 1981 graduate of the Wapello High School. He worked at HON INDUSTRIES, Muscatine.

He was a member of the United Methodist Church, Wapello.

He enjoyed his family, and especially playing Yahtzee.

Survivors include his companion, Natalie Ortiz; a daughter, Victoria Perez; a son, Robby Delzell; his mother, Ginger Delzell of Wapello; his father, Jerry Delzell of Burlington; a brother Mike Delzell of Wapello; and a grandmother, Marie Delzell of Morning Sun.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Harold and Marcella Fletcher and Robert Delzell.
