Boulton, 73, die at her home

Mrs. Lola Boulton, 73, Route 1, Letts, died Wednesday morning, March 18, 1987, at her home.

Services were held Saturday, March 21, at 10:30 a.m. at the Stacy-Lewis Chapel with Rev. Donald Campbell officiating. Donna Belle Hughes was organist. Casket bearers were Greg O'Toole, Mark Finke, Mitch Stuhr, Scott Stuhr, Mike Hall, Rodney Wigent and John Bashore. Honorary casket bearers were Jack Estle, Harry Lowe, David Crull and Ron Wagner. Burial was in the Columbus City Cemetery.

She was born August 13, 1913, in Columbus City, the daughter of Frank and Gladys DeVore Selser. She married Joseph Boulton on June 21, 1929, at Grandview. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Letts

Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Doris (Mrs. DeWayne) Finke of Columbus Junction, Jacky (Mrs. Ed) Stuhr of Moline, Illinois, and Sharrelle (Mrs. Gary) Larson of Letts; one son, Bobby of Rives Junction, Michigan; 10 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one brother, Wilbur Selser of Burlington; three sisters, Ellen (Mrs. Clayton) Richardson of Columbus City, Mrs. Nina Blake of West Liberty and Alma (Mrs. Everett) Schmidt of Burlington.
