LETTS, Iowa - Ollie Frederick Blake, 68, Letts, died Friday, April 4, 2003, at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Iowa City.

Services are 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 8, at Letts Cemetery. Burial will be at the cemetery. A luncheon will be served at the Letts Community Center, Letts, IA. immediately following the graveside service.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Monday at Nichols Chapel Hill Funeral Home and Crematory in Muscatine.

Mr. Blake was born Oct. 26, 1934, in Muscatine, the son of Ollie Theodore and Dorthy May Zimmerman Blake. He married Eddie Sue Thompson June 25, 1958, at Bellaire, Texas.

He was a veteran of the United States Air Force having served from October 1953 until July 1957.

He was retired from M&M Ford in Muscatine.

Survivors include his wife; three sons, Steven Blake, Anthony Blake and wife Misty, all of Muscatine, and Greg and his wife Darla Blake, Wapello; one daughter Cindy Woodruff and her husband Stephen, Muscatine; 10 grandchildren; one brother, Stanley Blake; and three sisters, LaVella Edgington, Lois Jean Smith and Joyce Reid.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one sister.
