Mrs. Josephine Bisher Funeral Rites

Mrs. Josephine M. Bisher of Morning Sun, 94, died at the Ross Nursing home Friday, January 30, 1959.

She was born January 31, 1864, near Cairo in Louisa Coutny, and was married to Lewis Bisher on February 8, 1882.

Surviving are two grandsons, Charles Bisher, Casper, Wyoming and Harry Bisher.

Her husband is dead; also two children, Mrs. Minnie Johansmeier, Morning Sun and Clifford Lewis Bisher, Arlington, California and a grandson, Dean Bisher, killed in action in World War II in France.

Services were held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Pierce Funeral home, with burial in Cairo cemetery.
