Funeral sevices for 50 year old Pauline Ann Bennett of Conesville, Iowa, were held at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 14, 1998, at the Stacy-Lewis Funeral Home, Columbus Junction, Iowa.

Burial was in the Conesville Cemetery.

Visitation was Friday at the funeral home with the family present from 6-8 p.m.

Pauline died Wednesday afternoon at the University of Iowa Hospitals, Iowa City, Iowa.

A memorial has been established at the funeral home.

Pauline Ann McAtee was born July 25, 1948 in Gilman, Missouri to Hubert and Dorothy McPhee McAtee. After her parents death at an early age Pauline was taken in by Harold and Willa Johnson and raised as their own daughter.

She married Dennis Bennett in Conesville, Iowa.

Pauline had worked as a Weighmaster at S & G Material in Iowa City for the past eight years.

Pauline is survived by her husband Denny, Conesville; five brothers, Gary and his wife Licia McAtee, Wapello, Robert and his wife Frances McAtee, Muscatine, Larry and his wife Becky McAtee, Trenton, Missouri, Kenny Johnson and his wife Selma, Conesville, Jerry Johnson and his wife Pam, Lone Tree; three sisters, Mary (Kathi) Mason and her husband Bill, Montezuma, Iowa. Sandy Carter, Trenton, Missouri,; Janey Davis and her husband Robert, Trenton, Missouri; special friend, Jane Peters, Columbus Junction; brother-in-law, Butch Bennett and his wife Deanna, Conesville; special niece and nephew, Emily and Patrick McAtee, Wapello.

Pauline was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Jacquieline Wooster and Carolyn Sue McAtee, and her adopted parents, Harold and Willa Johnson.
