Jerry LeRoy KERN Died In Chicago June 16, 1965

Word has been received of the death of Jerry LeRoy KERN at Chicago, June 16, 1965 following a heart attack. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Howard KERN and was born at Chicago, July 15, 1930 and was aged 34 years and 11 months.

He is survived by his wife and four children, by his mother Mrs. Lena KERN and his paternal grandmother, Mrs. Katherine KERN of Chicago, also by one sister, Jean KERN and one brother, Jack KERN. His father preceded him in death about five years ago.

Funeral services were held in Chicago June 19th with burial at Evergreen Cemetery.
