Jerry L. HAYES

Jerry Lee HAYES, age 31, of Kingston or rural Mediapolis, Iowa, died Monday, June 26, 1995 at Oakville. The son of William ‘Bill’ and Donna Wagg Hayes, he was born February 4, 1964 at Burlington. He Married Maxine Rudd on December 2, 1989 at Oakville.

Jerry worked at DeWitt Mobile Home Transport Service of Mediapolis.

Survivors include his wife, Maxine; a step-son, Chancy Rudd of Kingston; two sisters, Adella Holloway of Wapello and Lisa Traman of Oakville; and three brothers, Dean Hayes and James Hayes, both of Oakville, and Joe Hayes of Mediapolis; and his parents, Bill and Donna Hayes of Oakville.

There was no visitation. The body was cremated.

A memorial service was held at 2 p.m. on Monday, July 3, 1995 at the Dudgeon-McCulley Funeral Home in Wapello. Rev. Chris Ebbers Officiated.
