Mrs. Chester (Bonnie) Jamison, 89, of Mt. Pleasant died Monday, January 31,1983 at the Henry County Health Center.

She was born August 23, 1893 near Wapello in Louisa County. She was the daughter of George M. and Elsie Austin Peck. On September 24, 1919, she married Chester G. Jamison in Wapello. He preceded her in death on April 10, 1976.

Surviving are one son, J. Duane, of rural Montrose, Iowa; one grandson, three great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews in the Winfield, Columbus Junction area. Her parents, husband and three brothers Waldo, Olin and Clarence preceded her in death.
