Prominent Young Couple Wed

At the M.E. parsonage Tuesday afternoon occurred the marriage of a prominent young couple of Wapello township, Daniel McKay Yakle and Mabel M. Odle, Rev. C.E. Coggeshall pronouncing the ceremony.

The bride is a nice young lady, the eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A.J. Odle, a well to do farmer of Wapello township. The groom is the first son of Geo. Yakel, a prominent farmer and stock raiser, also of Wapello township. "Mac" as he is better known, is an industrius young man of good habits and a quiet, unpretentious disposition.

The marriage came as quite a surprise to their numerous friends who heartily join in wishing the couple a happy and prosperous jouney thro' life.
