Mrs. Ella Kemp, of Fruitland, was quietly married to William D. Chambers, of Seaton, Ill., at the home of the Rev. H.W. Munster, pastor of the Musserville Methodist Episcopal church, yesterday afternoon. None but the immediate members of the family were in attendance at the nuptials. Following the ceremony Mr. and Mrs. Chambers were entertained at an elaborate wedding supper at the home of hte bride's son, Frank Kemp of Fruitland. Excluding the members of the family, those present were, Mrs. George Corwin, Mrs. L. Rogers and Mrs. S. Craddock of Muscatine, Mrs. G.G. Shepard, Mr. and Mrs. John Craddock, Mr. and Mrs. Schilig, Miss Rose Pelton and J. Brown, of Fruitland.

Mrs. Chambers came from Keithsburg, Ill., about thirty years ago, making Fruitland her home continuously since that time. During that time she and her children, Frank, Roy, Harry, Glen, Clyde and Miss Elsie Kemp won the friendship and esteem of many.

Mr. and Mrs. Chambers leave for their home in Seaton, Saturday where the groom is in the merchantile business. They will be accompanied by Miss Elsie and Glen Kemp, the former planning to make her home there. The little grandchildren who lived at the Kemp home for the past three years have gone to live with their grandmother, Mrs. McGill, at Grandview.
