8 PEOPLE PILOTED TO MATRIMONIAL HAVEN IN 24 HOURS

Justice McIntosh Is Becoming Popular As a Fancy Splicer - All From Other Points.

Justice L.A. McIntosh may well be termed the Marrying Magistrate. During the past twenty-four hours four couples were united in the bonds of wedlock by him. Three of these ceremonies took place at his office while the Scott House was the scene of the fourth.

Yesterday Gordon Ricketts, of Fairport, and Miss Mildred E. Mockmore were married by the judge. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Ricketts, while the bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles M. Mockmore. Both young people resided at Fairport and will make their future home there.

Royce Dickerson and Miss Nina Gamble, both of near Grandview, were married this afternoon. The groom is a painter by trade and is a son of Mr. and Mrs. William Dickerson, of Grandview, while the bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Gamble, of Louisa county. The newly married couple will reside at Grandview.
