On Tuesday evening, September 28, at 7:30 o'clock was solemnized the marriage of Miss Jessie Leota Cocklin and Glen Carl Shellabarger at the parsonage of the Methodist Episcopal church at Grandview.

The bride is the oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C.V. Cocklin and is prominent in church and social circles. She has been a teacher of music for the past two years and enjoys a large circle of friends at Grandview.

The groom is the younger son of Mr. and Mrs. William Shellabarger and is an industrious young farmer.

Mr. and Mrs. Shellabarger went to housekeeping at once on a farm two miles west of Grandview.
