Miss Esther Christie and Robert Lansing were united in marriage Saturday afternoon at the parsonage of the First Presbyterian church, in Muscatine. The ceremony was solemnized by Dr. J.N. Elliott, pastor of the church. The bride has been a teacher in the country schools here for some time. Miss Jessie Cocklin and Geo. Cocklin, cousins of the bride, acted as bridesmaid and groomsman. Following the ceremony they departed for Ft. Madison to spend their honeymoon.
