Nuptials of Young People are Announced to Friends

The nuptials of August P. Silberhorn, son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Silberhorn, of 201 Phillips street, and Miss Gertrude F. Allen, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Will Allen, of Grandview, were performed by the Rev. H.E. Butler, pastor of the Musserville Methodist Episcopal church, Friday evening of last week, according to announcement made by the young people today.

Mr. and Mrs. Silberhorn expect to leave this evening for a short wedding trip in the east. They have made their home for the present with the groom's parents. The bride has been studying for the position of nurse at the Bellevue hospital and has a large number of local friends who will be pleaseed to hear the announcement of her marriage. The groom is well known throughout the city especially in South End circles. He is an employee of the Prudential Life Insurance company.
