New Postmaster at Pt. Louisa

H.L. McKinney, engineer of the pumping plant in drainage district No. 13, was appointed postmaster at Port Louisa last week. His bond was sent in the last of the week and orders are expected some time this week to open the office. The office will be located at the house.
