According to word received by Muscatine relatives today, J. Christ Thompson, of Los Angeles, formerly of Grandview, Ia., and Miss Rose Cocklin, of Oakland, Cal., were united in marriage on April 20th at Oakland. Mr. Thompson is well remembered by many residents in this vicinity.
