Desperately seeking information on my ancestors
Asa Worthen born 1800 and his wife Betsy Russell
born 1806
they married 1830 in Fountain County IN
by mid to late 1830's they and their children moved to Iowa first living in Louisa County
and then settling in Linn County by 1839
their chidren were: Eliza Jane Starkweather,
Peter william Worthen Margaret Ellen Susanna
William Abagail
Asa's children from 1st marraige to Elizabeth Keever were Samuel and Mary(John Shaw)
Eliza Jane was my 2nd greatgrandmother
Betsy died before 1846 and Asa died 1846
