I am looking for an obituary or newspaper article on the death of John R. Buri, born 28 May 1902 in Wausauka, Wis., died 20 May 1935 in Lincoln, Logan Co., Illinois. John was raised in Cedar Rapids, Ia., and his body was returned there for burial. I have his obit. from Illinois, but it was brief and does not mention his family. His mother was Anna Derr, and his father was Gottfried Buri, immigrated from Switzerland. John's wife was Ruth Elliott, from Nashua, Chickasaw Co., Ia. Her father, my great great grandfather was Robert Elliott, born in England, died in Nashua, Ia. in 1937.
