BARNOSKE, BARANOWSKI, HAPPEL

I have just moved back to the Cedar Rapids / Marion area and would like to update my family tree records. I was born in Cedar Rapids in 1955 but moved away at the age of 10 in 1965.
I grew up in Florida and did all of my gelealogy work by long distance.

My father was Kenneth M. Barnoske, who worked for Prudential in Cedar Rapids in the 60's and my mother was Geraldine E. (Schweitzer) Barnoske who worked for REC.

My father's parents were Bess Mae Barnoske and Carl Happel of Atkins. My father was legally adopted by his mother's parents Joseph William Barnoske I and Lillie Mae (Engelking) Barnoske and his name was changed to Barnoske. They lived on 13th Ave in Marion for many years.

George and Anne Barnoske of Marion were cousins to my grandmother.

I would like any information about the Barnoske or Happel family that you may be able to provide. I have a lot but would like to verify much of it.
