McQuiston Divorce

I am looking for a divorce record for Joseph and Nancy McQuiston. They lived in Franklin in Linn county in 1860. Joseph was living in Jasper County in the 1870 US census listed as divorced and Nancy was later (1880) living in Johnson County and died there.
Any help would be very much appreciated. Does anyone know how or who I might contact for the information?
