Seeking data on Margaret Sheridan Hogan, who was a cook and housekeeper for Mrs. Nelson Fancher of Mt. Vernon. Born in Ireland around 1827, lived in New York with her parents, married Mr. Hogan and had two daughters. After moving to Chicago in 1895 Mrs. Fancher submitted a memorial piece to a Chicago paper about her.
