Could your James be a brother to John Dunlap, born 5/12/1817 Antrim County, Ireland? He came to US with mother Mary Ann Dunlap(Bell)the widow of John Dunlap who died in 1829 in Ireland. Mary Ann came to U.S. with her 7 children(5 boys,2 girls)in 1832 and lived in PA. This is all according to John's obituary printed in 1908. John named his son's Alexander Thomas, William Butler, Hugh J. & James Fullerton.
