Have you checked with the Linn County Genealogical Society? They have funeral books from the various funeral homes that might be able to direct you to right cemetery. I do know of another Safranek tombstone at Czech National Cemetery. My ancestors real name was Jan, so you might inquire using that name as a possibility. In his obituary they changed it to John. If you ever need a researcher from Prague, I'd be happy to give you a name.
