John DUNLAP/Ann Eliza DUNLAP

The WPA 1930's Graves Registration Survey shows Anna E. DUNLAP who died 10/1/1886 buried at Linn Grove Cemetery, Linn Twp.
but the LINN COUNTY, IAGenWeb Project Cemetery List for Linn Grove does not show her.(lagenweb.org/linn/cemeteries/LinnGrove)
Her husband John DUNLAP who died 7/25/1908 is also suppose to be there but I do not see him either. Does this mean they are not buried there or that they do not have gravestones??
Can anyone help with this question?
