Enoch and Mary Honschke

Until today I believed my family history in the US began in 1911 when my grandfather came here from Germany. Today I learned that Enoch, Mary and John Honschke were included in the 1860 US Census as being residents of Linn Iowa. If anyone has any information I would be very grateful.
