John F. MOORE & Cedar Sprngs Hotel

I have an original piece of stationery (on which a letter was written). This stationery was printed with the following info in the heading:
CEDAR SPRINGS HOTEL
UPPER PALISADES
Bertram, Iowa,____________189
J.F.MOORE )
Another name) PROPRIETORS.

John F. MOORE was my great grandfather, and apparently lived in Bertram with my great grandmother, May Helm MOORE and their two daughters around 1890.

Does anyone have any record of the MOOREs in Bertram, or any information about the Cedar Springs Hotel?
