Graveside services for Timothy Robert Gutierrez, 30, Cedar Rapids, husband of the former Sonya Seebeck of Bennett, were held at Inland cemetery Feb. 14. The American Legion post at Bennett conducted military rites.

Mr. Gutierrez died at Mercy hospital, Cedar Rapids, Feb. 11.

The son of Mr. and Mrs. John M. Gutierrez, he was born in Linn county Nov. 10, 1942 and was married to Sonya Seebeck in Cedar Rapids Oct.21, 1966.

He was employed at the Lefebure Corp., Cedar Rapids and was a Marine veteran of the Vietnam war.

Mr. Gutierrez is survived by his wife; a daughter, Tresha Danelle, and a son, Shannon, both at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John M. Gutierrez, Cedar Rapids; 2 brothers, David V. and Michael J., both of Cedar Rapids, and a grandmother, Mrs. Joan Gutierrez. Cedar Rapids.
