Violet Adria Trembley, 23, wife of Robert Trembley, died at her home, 1439 N street SW, at 10:30 p.m. Friday following a lingering illness. She was born in Dubuque Feb. 26, 1914, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J.A. Schmitt, sr. She was married on July 3, 1934, and had resided here since. In addition to her husband parents, she is survived by two brothers, Joseph Schmitt jr., and Orville Walter Schmitt; three sisters, Mrs. Don Nelson, Mrs. Evard Hartson, all of Cedar Rapids, and Mrs. Ben A. Gibson, Sioux Falls, S.D
Funeral services will be held in the Barta chapel Monday at 2 p.m. conducted by a reader of the Christian Science church. Burial will be in Linwood cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel Sunday evening.
