Joseph Deamond Bolsinger, 74, of Marion, passed away Monday, Dec. 13, 2021. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 17, at Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories. A private family inurnment will follow at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Joseph was born Sept. 7, 1947. He was united in marriage to Janet Urban on Oct. 2, 1965. Joseph was a highly skilled machinist working at Whitney Pump, Iowa Rivet Tool Co., and finally retiring from Rockwell Goss following its closing. Joseph was a spiritual man who loved the Lord and instilled his love, strong values and work ethic in his children and grandchildren. He loved hunting, fishing, working on cars, camping, and every moment spent with his beloved family. Joseph is survived by his wife, Janet; daughters, Lisa (Lyle) Donley and Rene Bolsinger; grandchildren, Jamison (Haley) Bolsinger, Brandon Wright, Adrianna Bolsinger, John Donley and Rollie Donley; great-grandchildren, Brycen Wright and Nora Bolsinger; brother, David (Linda) Bolsinger; mother-in-law, Lois Urban; and a large extended family. Joseph was preceded in death by his parents, Deamond and Esther (Wiemerslage) Bolsinger; and father-in-law, Gerald Urban.
