Cedar Rapids Gazette Wednesday August 20, 1958
Mrs. Andrew Kershner, 412 Seventh Ave., Marion, a resident of Cedar Rapids and Marion for the last 26 years, died Wednesday following a long illness. Born Jan. 6, 1902, at Elberon, shew as married on Oct. 5, 1957, at Boone.
Surviving are her husband; 3 sisters, Mrs. Adolph Prucha, Mrs. Charles Huber and Mrs. Lottie Parker of Cedar Rapids, and 4 brothers, Joe, Jerry and Emil Josifek of Cedar Rapids and Stanley Josifek of Elberon.
Mrs. Kershner was a member of the Methodist church at Elberon and a graduate of John McDonalds hospital at Monticello.
Services: Turner chapel at a time to be announced later by the Rev. Leonard Deaver. Burial: Oak Shade at Marion. Friends may call at the chapel after 1 Thursday.
