PIONEER WAGON MAKER, WILLIAM J. MARTIN, DIES
William J. Martin, 79 years old, a pioneer wagon maker in the city, died at 1:15 a.m. today at the family home 1323 North Sixth street west, Mr. Martin is survived by his wife, two sons, Horace and Vernon, both of Cedar Rapids, and his two daughters, Mrs. Katherine Welch of Cedar Rapids, and Mrs. Lillian Johnson of St. Louis.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the home and burial will be at Linwood.
No flowers.
