Raymond I. Grulkey (92) of Hiawatha passed away on March 19, 2021 at St. Luke’s Hospital.
No services will be held at this time.

Raymond Ira Grulkey was born on April 13, 1928 in Foss, Oklahoma; the son of Julius and Daisy Grulkey. He served in the United States Army from 1951-1953, during the Korean conflict. Raymond was united in marriage to Delores Michels August 11, 1957 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He enjoyed fishing, trapping, and attending local stock car races.

Survivors include his wife of 63 years Delores; two sons David Grulkey and Steve Grulkey; a daughter Roxanne Grulkey; 3 grandchildren Bob, Emily, Megan and 2 great grandchildren.

Raymond was preceded in death by his parents and two son Dan Burkeen and Doug Grulkey.
