Dean White, six-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert White, Springville, was instantly killed Wednesday evening, when he attempted to climb onto a maintainer which was passing his home and fell under the machine.

He was the second oldest of the White's three children. Body is at the Smykil funeral home pending funeral arrangements.
