Iowa’s Smallest Woman.
Miss Lotta Stoddard, who died a few days since at Cedar Rapids, was the smallest woman, says the Gazette in Iowa, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Stoddard, with whom she made her home. Miss Lottie was nineteen years old, four feet high and weighed forty pounds.
