Mrs. Leora Anna Price, 66, died this morning at 1:45 at the home of her son, George Price, 1585 Sixth avenue, after an illness of nine weeks in her son's home.
Mrs. Price was born in Terre Haute, Indiana, and came to Marion in her early married life, spending practically all her life here. Mr. Price died fourteen years ago.
Mrs. Price was the mother of five children, all of whom are Marion residents, George Price, Ray Price, Herbert Price, Mrs. Jerry Lesher and Mrs. Leo Griswold. There are twelve grandchildren. Mrs. Price was a member of the Christian church.
Funeral services will be held Saturday morning at the Yocom chapel at ten o'clock, with the Rev. C.E. Krog in charge. Interment will be made in Oak Shade.
