Ella T. Ziesemer, 78, of 1530 11th St., Marion, wife of Charles F. Ziesemer and a Mairon resident for the past nine years died in a Cedar Rapids hospital Wednesday afternoon following a long illness.
She was born in Chicago, Jan. 3, 1899 and was married to Charles F. Ziesemer, Oct. 25, 1919 in Chicago. She was affiliated with the Lutheran church.
Survivors are her husband and one son, Charles A. of Marion, two grandchildren and one great grandchild, Diana Kaeberle of Marion and Alln Ziesemer of Nebraska.
Private Family services were held Friday, Sept. 9 at 7 p.m. at the Baxter Memorial chapel by members of the family. Cremation followed.
