Daughter of Albert G. Epler and Martha Vance.

Ashes interred at same time as those of husband.

"Mrs. Ben H. Witwer Dies After Brief Illness
Jessie Epler Witwer, widow of Ben H. Witwer, 1400 Second ave. SE, a Cedar Rapids resident for many years, died in a local hospital Wednesday following a brief illness. She was born in Virginia, Ill.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Will Price of Scarsdale, N.Y., a brother, Ralph R. Epler of Cedar Rapids; a sister, Mrs. W. O. Clemmons of Oakland, Calif., and 3 grandchildren.

Mrs. Witwer was a member of the Presbyterian church, White Cross Society and was a life member of the Cedar Rapids Country club.

Services: Turner chapel at 3 p.m. THursday by Dr. Francis W. Pritchard of First Presbyterian church. Friends may call at the chapel until 2:30 Thursday. The casket will not be opened after the services."
