Rodney R. Clark, 74, of 3124 Emerald avenue SE, a Cedar Rapids resident most of his life, died Tuesday in a local hospital, following a long illness.
Born May 22, 1903, at Horton, Kan., he was married to Luella R. Smith on Oct. 17, 1968, at Vinton. Mr. Clark was a member of Faith United Methodist church and the Machinists Union, Harmony Lodge No. 831.
Surviving in addition to his wife are three daughters, Ruth Armstrong and Beverly Romizer, both of Cedar Rapids, and Mary Woods, Marion; three sons, Robert, Westfield, Wis.; Richard and John Clark, both of Cedar Rapids; two brothers, Arthur D., Quasqueton, and Harold Clark, Cedar Rapids; two sisters, Rowena Peterson, Waverly; Genefee Cook, Montrose; 13 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Services: 1:30 p.m. Friday in Turner chapel east by the Rev. Max I. Hall. Burial: Linwood cemetery....
