DIED.
William G. Cain, aged 74 years, on Sunday morning; Oct. 25th, 1896, at his home in Monroe township, near Toddville, Iowa.
Mr. Cain served three years in the war of the rebellion in Company A., 3rd regiment, Missouri cavalry. He was a member of Dennison post. No. 144 G.A.R. of Center Point, Iowa. The funeral was held at the old Dunkard church, Monday, bourne to the grave by his comrades and neighbors, as he had requested.
