Carr T. Minard.
Was born at Elkhart, Ind., Dec. 1, 1864 and died at his home in Marion Feb. 16, 1901, age 36 years, 2 months and 15 days. In December, 1893, he was married to Mrs. Cynthia L. Clark;
He was one of a family of nine children. The father, mother, and two brothers are deceased. The wife, two brother[s] and four sisters remain to mourn his loss.
Mr. Minard was a painter and paper hanger by trade which fact gave him large acquaintance in the city and throughout the surrounding country. He was an honest man, a hard worker, a true friend, faithful to his family.
He grave bright testimony before he died of his acceptance with God. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. M.J. Locke.
