DIES AT HOSPITAL

Mrs. Harry J. Murphy Passes Away Following Operation
Universal sorrow was expressed when it was learned that Mrs. Harry J. Murphy had passed away at St. Luke's hospital in Cedar Rapids Tuesday evening, following an operation.
The funeral will be held tomorrow at 2 o'clock from the Methodist church, conducted by Rev. E.A. Baker, with interment in Oak Shade.
The deceased is survived by her husband and five young children, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew E. Mason of Seattle, Wash., two sisters, Mrs. W.W. Porter of Muscatine and Mrs. Leslie Wilson of Seattle, together with one brother, Clifford D. Mason of Seattle.
A graduate of the Cedar Rapids school she was married to Harry J. Murphy in 1907 and since that time has made her home in this city, Mr. Murphy being an employe of the Milwaukee. She was a member of the Methodist church and of the Eastern Star.
