Funeral services for Henry E. Neal, 77, retired farmer who died at 4:55 p.m. Tuesday, September 21 at the family home north of Mt. Vernon, will be held at the Presbyterian church in Mt. Vernon Friday at 2:30 p.m., with the Rev. Joseph Gray officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Zion cemetery.
Mr. Neal was born in Linn county February 14, 1860. He leaves besides his wife, Mrs. Minnie Leigh Neal, two sons, Clarence and Lloyd, and one daughter, Mrs. John Lacock, all of Mt. Vernon.
