The Marion Sentinel Thursday March 17, 1904
MARVIN G. HANSFORD
Born Nov. 6th, 1903, died March 9, 1904, aged four months and two[sic] days. Only a few weeks was this dear little fellow permitted to live in this world and the most of that time with suffering and pain. He rests in the beautiful land beyond, where there is no more pain nor sorrow, "Safe in the arms of Jesus."
The funeral services were held at the home on Friday, March 11th, conducted by Rev. Edward Lee. The burial was at Prairie Chapel cemetery.
