Mrs. N.E. Storrs died at the family residence on West Seventh avenue Sunday morning at 2:30, as a result of a fall she suffered two weeks ago couples with heart trouble from which she has suffered for the past five months. Her maiden name was Jane Marie Finney and she was born in Ausable, Clinton county, New York in 1831. She was married to N.E. Storrs, who susvives[sic] her, in January, 1855. They have resided in Marion for the past forty-one years and to their union was born three children, of whom one, Mrs. Libby Adee, is living. Mrs. Storrs, for many years was a member of the Christian church. Rev. J.G. Encell of Lake City conducted the funeral services this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the home. The interment in Oak Shade cemetery.
