The body of Mrs. Martha Garretson, a former resident of this city, whose death occurred Tuesday at West Union, was brought here for burial Friday. The body was attended by relatives from Fayette and West Union. The burial service was conducted by the Rev. A.H. Hanscom of the Methodist church, and burial was made at Oak Shade cemetery.
