Mr. Webb was stricken with apoplexy last September but rallied from the effects of it. However, his system could not bear up and three weeks ago he was taken to St. Luke's hospital where it was thought that better care might improve his health. He continued to grow weaker and a week ago was brought home. For the past four days he remained unconscious, and the end came peacefully.
