Jesse J. Woodrum.
Jesse J. Woodrum died at his home, 311 Third avenue SW, at 4:10 p.m. Friday after a lingering illness. He was born in Illinois Oct. 13, 1869, and had lived in Cedar Rapids for the last fourteen months. Surviving are his wife, three daughters, Mrs. Erma Cronan, Chicago; Mrs. Lois Cartmill, Edmond, Okla.; Mrs. May Fenlon, Colorado Springs, Colo.; a son, Earl Woodrum, Ladora; a sister, Mrs. Lura Dudley, Ashmore, Ill., twelve grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was a member of the First Baptist church of this city.
Funeral services will be held in the Rohn chapel at 2:30 p.m. Sunday conducted by the Rev. Grant F. Anderson. Burial will be in Cedar Memorial park. Friends may call at the chapel Saturday evening.
