Joanne Ruth Crew Howe, 745, of 410 12th St., Marion, died Monday, July 14, 2003, in Mercy Medical Center, Cedar Rapids, following an extended illness. Private family services will be conducted by the Rev. Mike Morgan. Arrangements with Murdoch Funeral Home and Cremations Center in Marion.
Surviving {omitted for privacy}
Joanne was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, "Bud".
She was born the daughter of Dr. Philip I. and Jeanne M. Reimers Crew on July 7, 1928, in Marion, where on April 25, 1948, she was united in marriage to Howard F. "Bud" Howe. He died April 7, 2000.
Instead of flowers, the family requests memorials be given to a charity of the donor's choice in memory of Joanne....
