Olive H. Bowen Morgan, 86, a resident of the Linn County Care Facility and a former resident of Coggon and Marion, died Tuesday at St. Luke's Hospital following a short illness.
Shew as born July 10, 1896, at Kewanee, Ill., and was married to Garry[sic] J. Morgan Aug. 14, 1926, at Anamosa. Mr. Morgan died Aug. 8, 1968.
There are no immediate survivors.
Services: 11 a.m. Friday, Murdoch Chapel, Marion, by the Rev. Nick Longworth of First United Methodist Church, Marion. Burial: Oak Shade Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Thursday.
