Edward H. Parker
The late Edward Henry Parker whose funeral was recently held in Waterloo, with short services and interment here, was born October 14, 1883 in this cicty[sic], the only son of Edward Henry and Anne Parker, early settlers of Linn county. He had been a salesman for the Adams Paper company of Waterloo for the past six years and was held in the highest esteem by all with whom he came in contact.
He was married to Miss Daisy Williams at Savanna, Ills., Jnuary[sic] 5, 1910.
He was a member of the Masonic fraternity, the Benevolent Protective Order of Elks and the Waterloo Business Traveling Men's assiciation.
Surviving besides the widow is a sister, Mrs. Ben Stroebel of Wisconsin Rapids, Wis., and his stepmother, Mrs. Emma Parker of this city.
